RETURN
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition as received and undamaged in any way.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at Hello@metastyleco.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, except for the product which was originally defective or damaged. We strongly recommend to record video while unpackaging and use a trackable method to mail your return.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
